We want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices; if a product doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all lighting fixtures are in their original packaging and have not been installed or modified.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all included hardware and manuals to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Havit

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred tracked courier to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the lighting fixtures, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
